Kekerasan sesksual pada anak dewasa ini sangat rentan ditengah kehidupan kita, kekerasan seksual pada anak banyak terjadi dewasa ini, dikarenakan banyaknya factor yang memperngaruhi kekerasan seksual pada anak, banyaknya iming-iming yang diberikan oleh si pelaku untuk memberikan rangsangan atau motivasi pada anak agar sianak mengikuti ajakan si pelaku. Kekerasan sesksual pada anak banyak terjadi dilakukan oleh pelaku yakni orang-orang terdekat kita sendiri, banyak nya factor media pendukung membuat para pelaku mengalihkan hasrat seksnya pada anak-anak yang tak berdosa. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah, sejaumana efektifitas hukuman baik hukuman positif maupun hukuman syariat islam dalam memberikan hukuman kepada pelaku yang melakukan tindakan pelecehan seksual pada anak. Adapun metode penelitian yakni penulis menggunakakn penelitian yang bersifat ''persuasive approach'' dalam dalam melakukan pendekatan terhadap baik pelaku maupun si korban terhadap tindak pelecehan sesksual pada anak. Kedsimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah baik secara hukum positive maupun hukum syariat islam, sangat tidak memberikan toleransi sedikitpun kepada para pelaku tindakan pelecehan seksual pada anak.

The discriminatory interpretation of religious texts has limited the scope for women. One movement that pays attention to women's issues is the Indonesian Women's Ulema Congress ([[KUPI]]). This research examines two issues, namely fighting sexual violence and child marriage with an analytical study of the movement of the Indonesian Women's Ulama Congress. This type of qualitative research uses descriptive-analytical and descriptive-interpretive methods, describing and explaining the consequences of sexual violence and child marriage. The results of this study indicate that sexual violence and child marriage are not at all good for anyone, instead they are bad. Therefore, these two things must receive serious attention from various parties in prevention efforts.''

Abstract

Society's stigma regarding the role of women in the erroneous interpretation of religious texts makes women a creature that occupies the second position after men. The discriminatory interpretation of religious texts has limited the scope for women. One movement that pays attention to women's issues is the Indonesian Women's Ulema Congress (KUPI). KUPI formulates issues such as sexual violence, child marriage, and environmental damage.
