''The husband is the head of the household and the wife is the housewife, that is the paradigm that is embedded in our society in general. So far, the husband has always been in the forefront while the wife has always been in a limited area. Contextually, the problem is that the role of women is no longer only in the domestic area, but also has many roles outside the home to help husbands earn a living. The focus of this research is how the rights and obligations of husband and wife can be carried out in this context? The purpose of this study was to determine the values ​​of mutuality in the new rights and obligations which are characterized by mublah [[fiqh]]. This research is a literature review, qualitative type with a mubadalah approach. The results of this study are that partners between men and women in realizing justice in the household must have mutual values, such as mutual deliberation, mutual democracy and doing good in relationships.''
